Tacos De Acapulco has proudly served the San Luis Obispo community since 1994. Originally established as a family-owned restaurant, the business was led by Consuelo, who operated the Lauren Lane location for many years. In 2014, the family expanded to their current California Boulevard location while continuing to operate both restaurants until the Lauren Lane location closed in 2016. Today, Tacos De Acapulco remains family-owned, with the business passed down to the next generation, continuing the tradition of serving authentic Mexican cuisine with the same commitment to quality, fresh ingredients, and warm hospitality that has defined the restaurant for more than 30 years.
